Cancellation Policy
If you're running late please text 512-931-9957 to give me a heads up. I will do my best to accommodate you but I will only be able to hold your appointment up to 15 minutes past your scheduled time. If you're later than 15 minutes we may have to reschedule or forfeit part of your service.
If you can not make it to your appointment please reschedule or cancel at least 24hours before your appointment. Cancelations less than 24hrs of your scheduled appointment will be charge 50% of your scheduled service.
If you are a No Call No Show or same day cancelation you will be charge 100% of your service.
No call no shows will need to pay service in advance to reschedule.
